Coming from an Emergency Services role where I was constantly put through stressful conditions, positions and decision-making. I am able to relate and understand how that affects the mind and how at times people do not understand it. Putting all my years of experience into practice will assist me in my primary goal to help you become the person you already are.

I am fully trained in the Dave Elman Induction and therapy. Along with being trained also in Sleeptalk® for Children; Kinetic Shift; NLP and EFT, as well as Past Life Regression.
I use a wide variation of skills and techniques, traditional and non-traditional inductions in our goal to get you the results you want.
My sessions are based on your needs and they are always client focused, no scripts, I work with you and interact with your responses. That is unless you wish not to tell me anything, then I can switch to Ideomotor Responses (IMR).
Still playing competitive sports means I like to keep fit. So it is no surprise that along with Confidence and Motivation, Fitness and Weight Loss is my arena.I am able to understand how your body works alongside food, day to day living and exercise. This puts me in a great position to give you my experiences so that you can lead that Healthy Life Style you wish for.Whether it be a one off Weight loss session, to Tranceshape, an 8 week weight management program I can work with you to achieve your goal.
In addition to this I am a Welfare Coach for an Emergency Service Charity. My role here is to help members and their families through difficult situations in their life. I have assisted families all over the UK, whether I go and visit them, or I use today’s technology in Video Calling, which is proving very successful.
