Terms and Conditions

We are Beehive Healthcare Limited. At Northgate Avenue, Chester CH2 2DX we bring together complementary healthcare professionals to help people like you. We help these healthcare professionals by offering them modern consulting rooms, booking and payment collection facilities.   By making bookings, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

  1. Scope of our Service

By making a booking through us (whether in person, over the phone or on line), you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the healthcare professional of your choice and not with us for the delivery of your chosen therapy. From the point at which you make your booking, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the health professional, transmitting the details of your booking to the relevant professional and (if booking on line) sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the professional.

Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services, we make no warranty to you about the professional, his or her qualifications, the therapies he or she may offer or the correctness of his or her prices. Each professional is responsible to you at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the descriptive information we supply to you whether printed material, oral statements (when face to face or communicating by telephone) or information displayed on our website.

We will not suggest which therapy is most suitable for your condition. We will provide you with details of each professional working at the Centre and/or invite you to book a one-off health consultation with the Centre’s general practitioner (as may be resident at the time of your consultation) who can review your medical history and perform a general health assessment.

  1. Prices and payment

2.1             The prices charged by each professional includes VAT (where applicable).

2.2             When you have received your treatment at our Centre we may collect your payment at our reception desk on behalf of that professional. You may pay by cash or debit/credit card.

  1. Your data (see also privacy policy and cookie policy)

3.1             Our Centre is a place to meet various professionals, each of whom may feel that it would be appropriate for you to see another professional at the Centre. We expect all professionals offering treatment or therapies to undertake an initial consultation and assessment. The assessment and proposed care plan may, with your consent, be shared with other professionals at the Centre and with us. We will only facilitate the sharing of information if you say so.

3.2             You agree that we may receive information about you from you or from a professional for the purposes of booking treatments, taking payments from you and passing your data onto other professionals where you have elected to allow data to be shared between professionals.

  1. Cancellation, no-shows and session over-runs

By making a booking with a professional, you accept and agree to his or her cancellation, no-show and session over-run policies of that professional.

  1. Our liability

5.1             Our liability to compensate you for any loss or damage (in the case of loss or damage other than death or personal injury) is limited to a reasonable amount having regard to such factors as whether the damage was due to a negligent act by us, our officers, directors, employees or representatives.

5.2             We will compensate you for any loss or damage if we fail to carry out our duties imposed on us by law (including if we cause your death or personal injury by our, our officers, directors, employees or representatives’ negligence) unless that failure is attributable to:

5.2.1           your own fault;

5.2.2          one (or more) of the professionals at the Centre or any of their officers, directors, employees or representatives);

5.2.3          a third party unconnected with the provision of our services to you; and

5.23           events which we could not have foreseen or forestalled even if we had taken all reasonable care.
