We currently have the following wellbeing classes available:

Monday

Tai Chi for Health  with Ian and Jan Howie  of Wirral Tai Chi and Qigong   10:00 – 11:00 / £6 per session

BodyWork Pilates / Pilates Level 2   / 18:10 – 19:00*

BodyWork Pilates /Pilates Level 1  / 19:10 – 20:00 *

BodyWork Pilates / Pilates Level 2 / 20:10 – 21:00*

Tuesday

NHS Diabetes Essentials Courses / 09:30 – 12:00 (free)

Courses are run for both borderline diabetes and type 2 diabetes. For more information and to book NHS courses contact 01244 365234

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (Beginners Class) with Lisette Zwart / 16:45 -17:45 / £7 per session or £36 for a block of 6

Belly Dancing  with Rachel Walker /18:00 – 19:00 /£5 per session  (No class on 25th July)

Dru Yoga with meditation  Tracey Horton  19:15 – 20:30 / £7 per session

Starts Tuesday 1st August

BodyWork Pilates /Pilates Level 1 / 09:30 – 10:20*

BodyWork Pilates /Pilates Level 2 / 10:30 – 11:20*

Dru Yoga with meditation  Tracey Horton  18:30 – 20:00 / £7 per session

Friday

BodyWork Pilates /Pilates Level 2 / 09:30 – 10:20

Seated Exercise (£5) with Patricia Mateus / ReBorn / 11:00 – 12:00

Saturday

BodyWork Pilates /Pilates Level 2 / 09:30 – 10:20*

 

* BodyWork Pilates – first session can be £7.50  pay as you go  thereafter they operate  block booking pricing
