One to One Yoga Sessions

Emma Halewood of Vitalize offers one-to-one yoga sessions in the peaceful setting of Beehive Healthcare Centre.  Private yoga sessions are a great way to start, deepen or come back to your yoga practice. Personal instruction is an invaluable tool for all levels and experience. Sessions will be tailored to meet your individual needs and goals, based on your current health, lifestyle and body type.

Emma has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2016. Emma’s preferred style of yoga is Iyengar yoga which is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Iyengar yoga is internationally respected for its sophisticated understanding of the yoga asana (posture), precision, subtlety and breath awareness, in physical alignment focused practice. The method is safe and progressive, and postures are adjusted to meet the needs of each student.

Yoga involves a lot more than just physical postures. The other aspects of yogic philosophy, such as breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques will help improve your wellbeing off the mat too. These can be explored depending on individual needs and wishes.
