Chantra Class

Chantra is a one hour Meditation which will use a range of mantras chosen for their calming and healing properties brought to you by Lorraine Salisbury of White Blossom Therapy.

Meditation has been around for a long time, but it’s popularity has grown in recent years with people seeking calm, wellbeing and enlightenment.

Chanting channels energy through rhythmic breathing which has positive physiological and psychological effects,  and creating vibrancy.

Chantra uses sound to focus the mind and raise the vibration to experience a deep connection with your inner self, this will leave you relaxed and yet energised at the same time.

Chantra uses a range of mantras which have been shown too:
*Improve immunity and circulation
*Calm emotions and bring tranquillity
*Release stress and calm the mind
*Balance the Chakras


Chantra Classes are on a Tuesday from 6 – 7 p.m.

You are asked to bring a comfortable cushion to sit on. If you have mobility issues you are welcome to use a chair.

Introductory Offer – First session only £5

Classes are £6.50 a session or buy a block of 6 for the price of 5 (£32.50)
